with poet, Cristina M. R. Norcross, author of The Poetry Apothecary
A four-part, monthly, creative writing workshop series based on the full-length poetry collection, The Poetry Apothecary, by author Cristina M. R. Norcross. How do we tap into the ways in which writing can be used as a healing tool? In this series, each workshop will focus on one of the sections of the book, with themes ranging from soul nourishment, to human connection, and becoming ourselves. Housed within a safe and welcoming space, we will gather together for guided prompts, writing time, and sharing sessions, as well as meditation and breathwork. No experience with writing required. All are welcome on this healing journey. Each workshop stands on its own and can be taken individually. Participants are welcome to sign up for one, several, or all 4 workshops.
